CAPABILITIES & FAQs
How do you handle rapid prototyping?
We utilize a hands-on, manual approach to rapid prototyping, allowing for agile adjustments, meticulous oversight, and tight tolerances that meet the strict demands of mission-critical environments.
What are your capabilities?
We specialize in precision subtractive manufacturing, with a focus on aerospace prototyping and low-volume production.
Our capabilities include:
- CNC milling and turning
- Tight-tolerance prototype development
- Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) support
We are built for speed, precision, and real-world functionality—helping teams move from concept to validated part efficiently.
What materials and tolerances do you support?
We machine a range of aerospace-grade metals and engineering plastics, including aluminum, bronze/copper, all grades of steel/stainless steel, titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel & Carbon Fiber.
We typically hold tolerances to ±0.001” or better, depending on part geometry and material, with a strong emphasis on precision inspection and repeatability.
Do you offer Additive Manufacturing?
Our STRATA division is actively expanding into additive manufacturing, with a strategic focus on ceramic DLA (Digital Light Processing) technologies.
This capability is being developed to support:
- High-temperature and high-performance applications
- Complex geometries beyond traditional machining
- Next-generation aerospace and engineering needs
Where is your facility?
Our operations are housed in a 10,000 square foot historic 1940s hangar, featuring direct fly-in access that allows customers and defense partners to fly in directly for site visits, project reviews, and drone inspections.
