        What materials and tolerances does STRATA support?

        STRATA machines a range of aerospace-grade metals and engineering plastics, including aluminum, bronze/copper, all grades of steel/stainless steel, titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel & Carbon Fiber.
        We typically hold tolerances to ±0.001” or better, depending on part geometry and material, with a strong emphasis on precision inspection and repeatability.

        Does STRATA offer Additive Manufacturing?

        STRATA is actively expanding into additive manufacturing, with a strategic focus on ceramic DLA (Digital Light Processing) technologies.
        This capability is being developed to support:
        • High-temperature and high-performance applications
        • Complex geometries beyond traditional machining
